and an estimated cost of repairs given. The facility known as the Drive-In Claims
Service is located on the lower ground floor of AIG Kenya office on Mamlaka Road in Nairobi.
This Claims Service is open for AIG
Kenya motor policyholders, who expect quicker and more efficient service.
Vehicles damaged by accident but still drivable can be taken to the Drive-In
bay where the damage will be quickly assessed and the motorists referred
to one of AIG Kenya's approved service providers to have the repairs done
without the need for further negotiation. This is the first and only instant
assessment service available in the Kenyan market.
